Privacy Policy

Overview

Floprate (GPUTrust) helps users measure GPU health and performance. This policy describes how we handle product analytics, session replay, crash/error signals, and intentional feedback you submit.

Account data

If you create an account, we store authentication data via Supabase Auth (for example email or OAuth provider identifiers) and your public profile fields such as username. Phone verification data is used only for account integrity where enabled.

Benchmark evidence

When you run the native benchmark client, we store performance and health metrics, optional TPM attestation results, and related hardware descriptors needed to display your report. We do not use GPU UUIDs, PCI identifiers, or TPM cryptographic material as analytics identifiers.

Product analytics

With your consent (where required), we use PostHog Cloud (US) to measure funnels such as download → run → submit → result view. Events use coarse properties (OS, release, ephemeral run session IDs, sanitized error codes). Session replay masks text and form inputs by default. You can change analytics preferences in the site navigation or via the consent banner.

Feedback

Intentional feedback and bug reports you submit are stored in our database so we can triage product improvements. Optional contact email is used only to follow up if you allow it. Feedback content is not written into analytics event properties.

Cookies and similar storage

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics cookies/local storage are used only when analytics is enabled. See also our Cookie notice.
